GhostGate / Technical proof

Evidence before assertion

Proof is separated by what it actually demonstrates.

Controlled external enforcement, deterministic local validation, synthetic capacity, and cryptographic verification answer different questions. GhostGate reports them separately.

Four evidence categories

A precise record of current validation.

No customer production deployment, production fleet-scale validation, or universal safety claim is implied.

01Controlled live external proof

Approval-bound enforcement in a disposable private GitHub repository.

GhostGate completed a controlled live GitHub enforcement proof using a disposable private repository. The published record excludes secrets, tokens, private repository details, private machine paths, and internal credentials.

99.5Exact recurrence score
0.99Recurrence confidence
58Verified evidence entries
  • Approval-bound restriction and controlled restoration
  • Exact recurrence detection and tripwire activation
  • Paused re-entry and approval-bound failback
  • Blocked recurrence not forwarded
  • External confirmation that the blocked write was absent
  • Final failed-back state and prevention of baseline contamination

02Local deterministic validation

Repeatable checks across the qualification and evidence path.

The local validation record covers automated behavior, focused controls, type safety, build integrity, browser behavior, isolation, tamper detection, and evidence consistency.

263 / 263Full automated tests passed
31 / 31Focused tests passed
PassedTypeScript and production build
  • Desktop and mobile browser validation passed
  • Workspace isolation checks passed
  • Tamper checks passed
  • Ledger and evidence hashes validated
03Synthetic fleet capacity

Measured deterministic processing capacity—not a customer production fleet.

A synthetic run exercised the architecture across a large generated fleet and recorded throughput, storage, and memory use.

1,000Synthetic agents
1,200Exact versions
1,201Qualification jobs
9,608Scenarios
10.45 sMeasured run
114.93Jobs per second
77,242,368Database bytes
48,974,296Peak heap bytes

Synthetic scale demonstrates architecture and deterministic processing capacity. It is not equivalent to customer production-scale validation.

04Cryptographic verification

Make the release record independently verifiable.

GhostGate creates signed deployment attestations bound to the exact version and its evidence. Ed25519 signing allows admission systems and reviewers to verify the attestation without trusting an interface screenshot.

  • Version-bound evidence: the decision identifies the precise manifest and configuration reviewed.
  • Attestation verification: signatures can be validated before a version is admitted.
  • Material-change invalidation: relevant changes end the authority of the prior approval.
  • Tamper-evident records: evidence archives and ledgers expose unauthorized modification.

Review the boundary

Discuss what evidence your release process would require.

A technical review maps your agent, authority, policies, and approval path to a bounded qualification scope.
